This is a manual Insert Card Reader commonly used in GenMega series ATMs (such as G1900, G2500, GT3000, etc.) and their retail terminals. It supports reading magnetic stripe cards and contact IC cards (EMV/Smart Card). Some advanced models also support writing IC card data. It typically uses a USB or RS232 (serial) interface. The magnetic head life is usually over 500,000 cycles, and the IC card contact life is over 300,000 cycles. It is suitable for embedding behind various narrow panels, has basic dustproof and foreign object protection design, and is suitable for semi-outdoor environments.
